Successful Grant Application for Litter Picking Equipment

Croxden Parish Council are happy to announce they have been awarded a grant from TopCashback Sustainability Fund (https://www.topcashback.co.uk/ ), via an grant application to The Community Foundation, Staffordshire (https://staffordshire.foundation/).

The grant money will enable the Parish Council to buy litter picking equipment for some of the local residents who carry out litter picking, as volunteers, to ensure our parish is kept tidy.

Croxden Parish Council would like to thank both TopCashback and The Community Foundation for their support of the Parish Council by providing the funds for this local initiative.

Cllr Bean, Chairman of Croxden Parish Council confirmed, “The Council will purchase the Litter Picking Equipment in late October 2024, from Waterhaul (https://waterhaul.co/collections/litter-picking-equipment), as their equipment is made from recycled materials, which upholds the councils view on recycling and sustainability.”
